VUCA = Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous …
That is shorthand for “this crazy, turbulent, faster-paced, unpredictable and unsettling world we all live in these days – and more VUCA lies ahead!!
Back in 2015, my partner Nick Horney and I published our book entitled Focused, Fast & Flexible: Creating Agility Advantage in a VUCA World. Shortly thereafter, we launched The VUCA REPORT™ as part of our Strategic Agility Institute™ which we established in 2010 in an effort to create a global, collaborative insight center for all things related to leadership and organizational agility.
Since 2015, we have had almost 2,000 leaders, practitioners, and organizational behavior academics around the globe contribute their insights into THE VUCA REPORT™. We recognize that the past couple of years have been a profound new vortex accelerating disruptive change so we decided to update the VUCA REPORT framework and launch a fresh, expanded global reach to help build the latest in insight about the disruption that lies ahead.
The VUCA REPORT also explores what leaders and organizations are doing to ameliorate and adapt this disruption as well as surfacing what the organizational obstacles are confounding progress.
Please join us in this global effort to build greater insight into the VUCA that lies ahead and next practices to explore. All who participate will receive an Executive Summary of survey results in March 2022.
