Exponential change and continuous disruptions are at our doorstep. In just a few short years, the talent landscape will look completely different to what it is now. While the specifics may vary by industry, no organization is im- mune to some of the major shifts that are already underway. Organizations need to quickly adapt their talent strategies, systems, and practices to take full advantage of the breadth and versatility of the resources available to them. Those that act with foresight and agility will be able to thrive in the New World of Work.
