The Leadership Agility Profile™ Self-Assessment Feedback Report provides the individual’s self-rating compared to a normative database of over 1200 leaders. Feedback is not just about correcting one’s weaknesses. The feedback from the Leadership Agility Profile™ Self-Assessment is a great way to identify strengths for success.
The Feedback Report provides:
- Agility Scores at the 5 Driver and 15 Sub-Driver Levels making a total of 75 leadership behaviors in the profile
- Describes Typical Behaviors associated with your Scores
