He helped build international people capability through roles in organizational development, training and education and succession planning. Stephen has worked for Fortune 500 companies, Starbucks Coffee Company, Yum Brands, PepsiCo and Motorola as well as being a consultant at the Singapore Institute of management. Senior training and education roles in these companies have enabled him to participate in the development and training of leaders in 25 countries.
