A more detailed look at the graduate course — This evolutionary course was structured around the Key Drivers of The AGILE Model® and served to transfer new knowledge and showcase applications for the Human Resource Professional in dealing with change in the dynamic nature of the business world. The comprehensive purpose of this new course was to prepare talented people to be Human Resource (HR) leaders, managers, and professionals who add significant value to their organizations and communities. A key element in this course was the creation of an educational setting that would allow Human Resource Professionals to think about their profession in a uniquely different way guided by the tools and processes from The AGILE Model®. The use of this model as the “cornerstone of thinking” in this course allowed graduate level professionals to practice the fundamentals of integrated thought processes in the development of applied practices that could be implemented in their “real-life” business world. Overall, the assurance of learning for this course was provided in most part by use of The Agile Model® concepts and applications and the use of multiple teaching methodologies in fostering new insights, knowledge, skills, and experiences to help improve current job performance and develop a “change-ready” perspective on HR issues and challenges.
