What is The Leadership Agility Profile™?

The Leadership Agility Profile™ is one of the only online assessment instruments specifically designed to measure strengths and development needs required of leaders operating in fast moving, uncertain and turbulent business environments like exist today. In fact, AGILITY has been called the “defining ingredient in the next generation leaders”.   The Leadership Agility Profile™ is the only assessment organized around the five multidisciplinary, research-based capabilities identified in The Agile Model®.

What Can The Leadership Agility Profile™ be Used For?

This assessment can be used by individual participants or groups of any size to support a self-guided development plan or with a customized coaching program. Executives, managers and supervisors can gain a better understanding of their respective strengths and development areas in facing the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous business context. The LAP can be used as a self-development guide, a 180° feedback system between individual and supervisor or as a full 360° also including peers, direct reports and other internal or external customers.

Leadership Agility Profile™ Feedback Report

The Leadership Agility Profile™ feedback report provides valuable developmental feedback that includes comparison of self-assessment ratings to all other self-assessments as well as the feedback from the rater pool that has been selected to participate. The LAP survey contains 75 leadership behaviors broken down into 15 key agility capabilities built from The Agile Model® outlined above. In addition, for those doing multi-rater feedback, there is direct narrative feedback on five important questions.

The LAP is also a valuable tool for use in Talent Management and Succession Planning programs especially when combined with the Leadership Agility Customized Aggregate Report™ and the Team Agility Profile™ for powerful leadership team development!

Each LAP feedback report comes with an embedded hyperlink for access to the LEADERSHIP AGILITY RESOURCE GUIDE™ – a 70 page self-development guide filled with practical action plan ideas (from basic to advanced) aligned with leadership agility skills.

A Simple Process

The easiest first step is to contact us at rhonda@agilityconsulting.com or call us at 336.286.7250 to get your starter kit with step-by-step instructions. With the LAP, the leader or company contact completes an LAP roster nominating participants in either a self-assessment or multi-rater feedback pool normally including supervisor, peers, direct reports, etc. These individuals provide feedback on the candidate’s leadership behavior via an email containing a hyperlink to the survey.

Ratings from peers, direct reports or customer/client categories are always confidential. The ratings are compiled into aggregate scores to protect confidentiality and candor in the feedback. Narrative verbatim comments to open-ended questions are grouped by rater category (i.e. peer, direct report, etc.). Once all surveys have been received, a thorough and detailed report (see sample) is provided along with access to a 70 page Leadership Agility Resource Guide offering recommended development plans for improvement.
